Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable but lacked privacy due to the proximity to the outdoor smoking/drinking area. On the bright side, the staff was accommodating by letting us have the room for an extra hour for no charge. However, the dining options were hit or miss, and the location, though convenient for some activities, had its drawbacks.
The hotel location is great, comfortable beds, a bit of a letdown on cleanliness and the value for the price paid. Staff are exceptional and very helpful, particularly during emergencies. Dining could be improved for the price. Ideal for business travelers looking for convenience between M27 & M3 or heading to the Cruise port.
The hotel rooms were cozy and comfortable, but facing the entrance, tables and chairs arrangement led to late-night disturbances from other guests drinking. Also, the lack of mugs for tea/coffee in the room was inconvenient, requiring an early breakfast start. The service was mixed, with efforts to provide hot breakfast but also hints of reduced service for company-paid guests. The location, while beautiful in a wooded area and easy to access, was fairly isolated with little nearby. The dining experience, although offering a good choice of food, suffered from lukewarm dishes served on cold plates, diminishing the quality.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, although small and in need of updating, was cozy and peaceful. However, the unpleasant smell of damp and noise level were disappointing. The service, particularly during the check-in process, was outstanding. The location, while convenient for reaching nearby attractions, did not meet the usual standard of the hotel. The dining experience, though not worth the high price, offered a decent selection. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs, making it a somewhat average stay.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, surprisingly quiet despite being surrounded by motorways. The hotel had everything I needed, but walking to the exit was a bit of a trek.
My stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms were clean and reasonably comfortable, with a nice view of the woodland. The hotel was quiet, and the facilities were excellent. The service was a bit mixed but overall satisfactory. The location was very convenient for accessing nearby attractions.
